How can I attach two powered two-wire systems together?
The transformer in Figure 1 is useful if you need to strip DC voltage off of a wet two-wire system. After proper installation one would be left only with audio on the other side of the transformer. This allows one to hook the line up to another system with its own power supply, or to attach the system to another device that would sensitive to voltage on the line.

• Turn the Impedance Select switch on each power supply to Dual position (to return the audio impedance to 200Ω)

Why are some products and documents listed multiple times in the search results?
For your convenience, our search engine searches across all the Telex® intercom product lines. Because of our superior compatibility, some of our products and documents exist in multiple product lines. (For example, the SSA-424A can be found on the RTS® Digital Matrix, RTS® Two-Wire, and Audiocom® websites) Therefore, those products and documents will be listed multiple times in the search results, once for each product line it is in. The same technical information can be found in each of a product’s web pages, regardless of which site it is on.

Why are the email addresses on this website invalid?
To send to an email address on this website, replace "at" with @. For example, if an email address is displayed as: example"at"domain.com then you should send to: example@domain.com
The email addresses on this website are displayed this way to deter spam. Many spammers build their mailing lists by using programs that automatically scan websites and collect any email addresses that are listed. By displaying email addresses with "at" instead of @, most spam programs won’t recognize or collect them.
